A poetry workshop exploring oceans of both water and words and the creatures which can be discovered floating, diving, drifting and feeding in the imaginary depths.
Suitable for children Years 4 - 7 (7 - 11 years old).
About the workshop facilitator: Mick Gowar has written and published poetry, fiction and non-fiction for children and young people. He has visited schools, libraries, colleges and festivals throughout the UK and abroad to give readings, performances and lead workshops and has taken part in educational projects with the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Britten Sinfonia, Kettles Yard Gallery and the Fitzwilliam Museum.
Please note: only participating children need to book a place. They will, however, still need to be accompanied by a responsible adult in the room.
