This Safe-Falling workshop with Dr Katrina McDonald will utilise principles from the sport of judo to teach people how to apply the principles of falling safely. By sharing the principles from judo this work can reduce risks and impacts of a fall. You can find out more about Dr McDonald’s work here.

This workshop is designed for people over the age of 55.

This is a practical session learning how to fall safely on judo mats. Participants need to wear comfy clothing, preferably trousers and be ready to try the principles to learn how to fall safely.
