The rapid development of AI is transforming every facet of our lives, but for women, its rise has often been seen through a negative lens. From gender bias in AI algorithms to the lack of representation in tech leadership, the narrative frequently suggests that AI will further disadvantage women.

This pre-festival panel seeks to challenge that narrative and explore how women can not only thrive in AI but also leverage the technology to create positive change. As AI continues to evolve, it brings with it exciting opportunities for innovation, inclusivity, and social impact. This event will showcase groundbreaking research and real-world applications, highlighting the pivotal role women are playing in shaping the future of AI. The panel will feature trailblazers who are driving AI research and its application in diverse fields, including climate change, healthcare and education.
