Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes: Curator's Tour of the Cast Gallery

2:00pm-3:00pm on Friday 4 April

Times shown are in GMT (UTC +0) up to the 26th March. For events on or after 27th March times are in BST (UTC +1).

Museum of Classical Archaeology, Faculty of Classics Sidgwick Avenue, CB3 9DA

Join Curator Susanne Turner on a journey around the Museum of Classical Archaeology's Cast Gallery, to explore how the sculpting of the body changes over 1000 years of Graeco-Roman sculpture. Why do bodies look stiff and frontal at the start of the Gallery? And what gets them moving as you walk through?
