Building Career Paths: Using LEGO Serious Play as a Coaching Tool

This two-hour workshop introduces LEGO Serious Play as a creative coaching tool for self-discovery and career exploration. Participants will learn how this method supports self-reflection, goal-setting, and pathway planning. Through hands-on practice, attendees will gain skills to guide students in visualizing and articulating their career aspirations.

This session will be led by Dr. Winnie Pui, course director for the Undergraduate Certificate in Coaching at the Institute for Continuing Education. Winnie is a passionate educator and coach dedicated to helping students thrive. As a Course Director at the University of Cambridge’s Institute of Continuing Education, she specialises in supporting learners across secondary and higher education pathways, empowering them to build confidence and reach their full potential. She believes in the power of creativity and play in education and is deeply committed to fostering inclusion and diversity. With her warm and supportive approach, Winnie mentors international students, guiding them on their academic and personal growth journeys.

Join us for a dynamic two-hour workshop that introduces elements of LEGO play as a creative coaching tool for self-discovery and career exploration. Through hands-on activities, participants will experience how this method fosters deep reflection, goal-setting, and strategic pathway planning. Attendees will also gain practical skills to help individuals visualise and articulate their career aspirations in an engaging and meaningful way.
